My part time job.

When I was 18 years old (before enter to university) , I started to work at McDonald's hamburgers in Takadanobaba.

Why did I start to work at there? Because of the shop was near from my home, and I thought "If I work at there, I can work in Sundays and holiday!!"

I was interviewed by 1st manager in this shop, and I could passed the interview.

Feb.14.2006, this date is my debut of part time job.

At first,I was thought how to make hamburgers. There are many manual to make these. For example, how many gram of onion do I have to put in a hamburger. There is a rule of that.

It was little hard for me to make hamburger because of I must to make so careful and , I need to make faster and faster for do not wait customers.

But, I like this job. Because of members who work at the shop are so good, kind, and funny people. After finishing job, we went to go to drink sometimes.

2007 August, I got cold. So, I have to absence the job. When I called to the store, store manager got the phone. And,I said to absence job. Store manager said "OK".
But, after that

"Yuya, you will be manager in next year. It was decided in last manager meeting"

Listening that, I was so surprised and confusing!! Because of I didn't think that I will to be a manager.

From that, I started to study to be a manager.

At first, manager job was so hard for me. But many mamber believed me, and senior members thought many thing with so kind.

I thought "I want to be one of member who protect this store." .

It was 3 years has past from I started this job.

Now, I like this job.

I went to Nagasaki for trip from July 9 to July 10.

Teacher Training

I went to teacher training in this June.

During teacher training, I felt so fun and exiting everyday.

Of course, I could get to know that teacher is so hard work.

I tried to teach 3 senior classes in high school.

Especially, I taught "Reading" and "Writing".

Teaching English was so hard for me because of I should think about student's level.

One of classes is so good at English. Because of students of the class went to study abroad a year when they were freshman in high school.

Other class’ｓ　some student hate English.

So, I need to think about "How students get to know my explanation".

It is natural thing for teachers. But, it is so hard.

I thought everyday about that. For the studying teaching materials in the school, I went to home early 23 o'clock everyday.

But, when students said my teaching is good, I felt so happy.

And I could felt challenging to teacher's job.

I want to study English more. And I would like to study about education in earnest.
